Replacement Policy for Damaged, Defective, Mis-shipped or Product Shortage
Replacement items needed as a result of mishandling by Waypoint will be shipped utilizing our Rapid Resolution Process. In the event that a replacement is needed, contact our office for assistance here.
● Replacements will ship on the first possible date based upon product and logistical availability.
● Replacement items will be furnished under the following conditions:
✔ Covered under Waypoint Limited Lifetime Warranty
✔ Product is damaged during delivery and Waypoint is notified within 60 days from delivery date
✔ Product is shorted during delivery and Waypoint is notified within 30 days from delivery date
✔ Incorrect product is received due to Waypoint error
● Replacement orders do not require a new purchase order. Waypoint may request the return of the original part or inspection by a Waypoint representative.
● Orders for replacement parts must include the original order confirmation number and a detailed description of the problem.
● Photos of the problem may be requested.
No Return Policy:
● Cabinet Depot’s product is built to order and ships directly to our customers without the use of distribution centers or finished goods inventory warehouses. As a result of this special order process we do not accept customer returns.
● Cabinet Depot does not take responsibility for incorrect measurements, dimensions or mis-ordered product.
● Cabinet Depot strongly advises to check all order confirmations to verify all products, sizes and options ordered.
